I very mush enjoyed your post rernadigg uses for Fish Oils and Omega 3. I too have researched some of the advantages to fish oils as an anti- inflammatory in obese people which in turn can effect insulin levels leading to forms of diabetes. Fish oils can also as you say help with vascular and cancer issues. I have found that there is also a vast difference in the quality of fish oil supplements on the market and have designed a website to help people determine the right supplement to purchase. Feel free to visit my site and leave any input you like. Information is always helpful. Thanks
