Mr. Whittenburg is an honors graduate of the University of Texas School of Law and an honors graduate of the College of Business Administration of the University of Texas at Austin with a major in accounting. He has been the managing partner and president of his law firm for 30 years, and is a Life Fellow of both the Texas and American Bar Foundations. He serves on the governing body, as a Member of Council, for The American Law Institute (the "ALI"), a prestigious national organization of lawyers, judges, and law professors that The New York Times has likened to the National Academy of Sciences. | |||
