  • Friday: 1 hour run


  • Saturday. 1 hour run


  • Sunday: Marathon distance run


  • Monday: Off or swim for 1 mile


  • Tuesday: Spin Class and then 30 min. easy run


  • Wednesday: 1 hour easy run then work the core (mid-section)


  • Thursday: 1:30 good pace run


  • Friday: Spin Class and then row for 20 min. good pace, work the core


  • Saturday: 1:30 run with hills


  • Sunday: 4 hour run with hills going on uphills pick up the pace to hard effort back to good pace on the flats and downs


  • Monday: off


  • Tuesday: Spin Class, row for 20 min. and then work the core


  • Wednesday: 1:30 run. easy for 20 min. then do 7 min. hard, 3 min. easy for 45 min. the rest run easy.
