Friday: 1 hour run
Saturday. 1 hour run
Sunday: Marathon distance run
Monday: Off or swim for 1 mile
Tuesday: Spin Class and then 30 min. easy run
Wednesday: 1 hour easy run then work the core (mid-section)
Thursday: 1:30 good pace run
Friday: Spin Class and then row for 20 min. good pace, work the
core
Saturday: 1:30 run with hills
Sunday: 4 hour run with hills going on uphills pick up the pace to
hard effort back to good pace on the flats and downs
Monday: off
Tuesday: Spin Class, row for 20 min. and then work the core
Wednesday: 1:30 run. easy for 20 min. then do 7 min. hard, 3 min. easy
for 45 min. the rest run easy.
